Michael Posner

With nearly 15 years of experience practicing law, Michael handles all of Shaked & Posner's transactional work along with the matrimonial and family law phases of the practice.

Mr. Posner handles many different types of real estate litigation including surplus actions, bar claims, title disputes, foreclosure actions, partition actions etc. Mr. Posner has handled close to  750  real estate transactions on behalf of buyers and sellers of homes, condominiums, cooperative apartments, multi-family units, townhouses and various other forms of real estate transactions all over New York State and parts of New Jersey.

Michael Posner also oversees the firm's matrimonial practice. His concern and care for the client's interests places a premium on providing competent, cost effective representation.

Michael Posner graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Political Science and Business Administration from the State University of New York at Albany and received his law degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law School. Mr. Posner is a member in good standing of the Bars of the States of New York and New Jersey as well as the United States Southern and Eastern District Courts. He actively participates in numerous Continuing Legal Education programs given thru various bar associations.
