In addition to having filed thousands of Chapter 7 bankruptcies and Chapter 13 bankruptcies, Dan Shaked has been a leader in the specialized field of defending Preference Lawsuits in New York, Delaware, and nationwide.
Dan Shaked has an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany and received his law degree from New York Law School. Dan Shaked is an active member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
